- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had them do four tax returns........three business and a personal. From Start to finish the process was horrible. I was passed around to three different people in the Springfield office. After talking to other professionals about my returns being incomplete I asked Bookkeepers to revise the taxes and experienced nothing but resistance the entire 5 months after. I went to another professional to have the taxes all redone and they said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen. Beware I think if I had the owner in her prime doing my taxes she would have done a great job but having the help that is in the office is at best a great disaster..........By Rod Dunlap, July 23, 2017
