- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am very unorganized with my personal paperwork and did not know where to begin to gather my information to do taxes. Tom Ames was very helpful and educated me on things to save and keep track of for my future returns. The first year I did them he showed me what to do and since then I have saved receipts and various documents and have saved more money on my taxes each consecutive year; by getting better at doing what he suggests. I am very thankful for the time and hard work they spend on you personally and the advice and friendliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful and easy to be around. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★BEST TAX SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN MANY YEARS , AND I HAVE HAD A FEW. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY PROBLEMS AND WERE ABLE TO SALVED THEM IN A VERY SHORT TIME. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Liberty is great, thier staff is awesome. I had a new guy this year and even he was beyond. great! BUT I am a single mom who recieves no child support or help, worked three jobs last year just trying to make ends meet so paying OVER $400 for 30 minutes of doing my taxes is absolute bullshit. Even H&R block is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper then that. I will never go back, I cant afford to! I feel robbed honestly, it was a big mistake going there. My advice to you is to ask in advance how much they will charge you because a friend of mine didn't even get a grand back and they charged him about 200$. Nobody should pay that to do thier taxes. I literally cried driving home that night. Huge regret going there... The only reason I am giving them two stars is because thier staff are great and the hospitality is wonderful. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you want the BEST tax experince ever, go here! Never before have I had such an AMAZING experience getting my taxes done. They were so kind, friendly and answered all my questions. They take incredible care of the customers, really listen to you, and are beyond helpful. I am SO happy I got my taxes done here. Tom and Cynthia (the owners of the branch) are incredible and so knowledgeable.
