  Refusal to work with me on a simple fee caused me to close out my long term accounts. Don't bank with these guys!! They are rude and charge fees for EVERYTHING. Save yourself a headache, (and money) go to Selco.

  Terrible credit union. Our truck loan is through them, we've had insurance on the truck since day one, however they didn't have proof of that. So instead of calling us or calling our insurance agent, they just added on almost $200 to our truck payment. Then to top it off they don't even ask us if we'd like that money applied to the loan, or applied to the next several loan payments, or simply if we'd like our money put back into our account. Everytime we speak to anyone about anything it is always wrong, everytime, like they have no idea what they are doing. We will be switching it over to Mid Oregon credit union as soon as possible!!!

  VERY close to switching to selco, I knew I should have just opened with them in the first place. Not because there was a few week hold on my check from my tax company because I understand they have regulations to follow though it would've been better if there wasn't attitude because that's not pleasant for anyone but because every month when I take out well over $1000 for rent I'm treated like I'm trying to barrow money from someone, can't believe I get hesitation every month because I shouldn't feel like that taking MY money out of MY bank. It's just unpleasant. + the females in there whisper and aren't great to me yet so nice to the husband, seriously?
